Taste the sun-kissed islands with this delightful, immune-boosting treat.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced (8.7mg*)
  • 1 orange, peeled (53.2mg*)
  • 1 ¼ cups frozen pineapple chunks (47.8mg*)
  • 1 medium-sized ripe mango, peeled and cut (36.4mg*)
  • 150g plain yoghurt (optional)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into tall glasses and enjoy!

Berry bliss

Get all the goodness of sun-blushed berries in this smooth sensation.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • I cup water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (58.8mg*)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (26.2mg*)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (9.7mg*)
  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced (8.7mg*)
  • 150g plain yoghurt (optional)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and be blissful!
