With such a wide network of partners and a growing membership base in Limpopo, we are excited to announce that we will be opening a new regional office in the first quarter of 2021. This milestone will allow us to better service our members in Limpopo and the surrounding areas.

Once the office is fully operational, members will be able to walk in and have any issues addressed face to face by one of Bestmed’s finest. The new branch will also offer the following services:

• getting duplicate membership cards printed
• adding dependants
• removing dependants
• submitting claims
• making general enquiries

The new Limpopo office will be the 6th Bestmed office in South Africa. Bestmed also has offices in Pretoria (Head office), Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Nelspruit, that members in those areas can also visit for Bestmed’s Personally Yours service excellence. Click here to view the addresses and contact details for our regional offices.

Bestmed also has three medical centres where members and the general public can receive basic medical care, vaccines, medication, and general consultations. Members can also visit our medical centres to get the same services offered at our regional offices. These include: having duplicate membership cards printed, adding new dependants, removing dependants, submitting claims and making general enquiries. Our medical centres are located in Welkom, Virginia and Randfontein and trading hours for these centres are Mondays to Fridays 08:00 to 17:00. Click here to view the addresses and contact details for Bestmed’s Medical centres.
