An average of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 15 minutes of high-intensity exercise per day, 5 days per week, should help you to save your heart from many health risks. Team Bestmed at SA Champs

Partners for Possibility projects completed

Though the official year had come to an end, a few Partners for Possibly (PfP) projects for 2020 were placed on hold due to strict lockdown. Talent Manager Michelle Ward oversaw the completion of these projects at the end of 2020, ensuring that Bestmed’s PfP partner Mamelodi East Prevocational School has optimally functioning classrooms, as well as a multipurpose sports field.
